I hired Lock & Roll Storage & Moving Co. movers to move my 80-year-old mother. Matt, the owner was kind & patient & replied promptly to questions. Each member of his 4-man crew were fast & hard workers. They wrapped our furniture in blankets & then shrink-wrapped around that to keep blankets in place. Their manners were great, always saying ma’am to both my mom & I. We actually enjoyed our interactions with them. I highly recommend Lock & Roll for anyone needing moving services!
As someone who has moved at least 20 times over the last decade, the Lock & Roll Storage & Moving Co. crew were top notch, stand up, and a quality crew of guys. They arrived on time, took every instruction and particular preference I provided, worked diligently with minimal breaks and without any “sluggish” movement (that other moving companies use to run the clock and the money straight out of your wallet). Matt & his team are awesome. They have done 3 moves for me. They are very professional, efficient & very kind. The price is right, but their other qualities are also very important to me. They are by far the best movers that I’ve used, and I highly recommend them. This latest move was for my daughter who just graduated from law school in Fayetteville and was moving back to Little Rock for her new job. She was so impressed that she has shared Lock & Roll Storage & Moving Co. with friends who will be moving later this summer.
I had an awesome experience with this company. I needed a 550-pound stone bathtub installed and they took care of it for me. It was a very difficult job, but it was handled with great professionalism and a great attitude. Also, the price was very reasonable. I cannot recommend this company enough. This company is by far one of the best! I had a company not show and cause me a lot of grief. But they were willing to help and did the best job! The move was set up as a 2- day move and they actually did it in one. I’m so thankful for the way they handled the move and did it as they said they would; they were very patient and professional and always respectful of my stuff. If I ever move again, they will get my call. Thank you all for such a great job!!!

For the first time ever, I actually had a great experience moving. The team here understands how stressful making a move can be and they do everything in their power to eliminate the stress from the entire process. I wasn’t able to provide much notice but that was not a problem for these guys. They provided excellent customer service and were extremely responsive to my needs throughout the entire process. They were so easy to work with, wonderful customer service. They arrived on time and had patience when we were running behind ourselves due to truck issues. I was in a bind from not one but two moving companies backing out. I called Matt and felt grateful that he had a crew available immediately. Then when they showed up and began working, I knew I’d been blessed. They worked quickly and took great care with every box, bag, and antique. This company has my highest recommendation, and we’ll definitely be using them again.
Matt and his crew were amazing! They moved everything out of my daughter’s apartment and put it in storage for us in just under an hour. It would’ve taken us a couple of days. She lived on the third floor and they moved everything effortlessly. I highly recommend them!
We only needed our washer, dryer, and deep freezer moved from Judsonia to Higden, Arkansas. Guys showed up on time, loaded our goods, unloaded them at destination, put them exactly where we needed them. Professionalism, respectful, courteous are a few of the things I can say about Matt and his crew of guys who helped me out when I was in a huge bind! I was moving from Illinois to Texas when the truck I was driving broke down outside of Cabot, AR. The truck company then told me I had to transfer my belongings, by myself, from their 26-foot truck to another truck, by myself. I was at a complete loss. I walked to find a local truck rental location, and while procuring the truck I inquired with the rep for local moving companies. Lock & Roll Storage & Moving Co. was at the top of the list for a reason! I called Matt and he was able to scramble a crew on VERY short notice to help out a guy in a bind. I cannot speak enough kind words about Matt and his team! These guys literally moved mountains in a very short period of time all while remaining professional and courteous. ABOVE and BEYOND what I would expect from any other company! Instead of taking advantage of the situation, he showed compassion and understanding to someone who was stuck in the middle of a 14-hour transition! Please do yourself the favor and trust in these gentlemen for your moving needs!
